Senior Architectural Technologist
BRC are currently looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to work with a Design Led Practice based close to the Centre of Bath.
The position would offer the opportunity to work in a project running capacity with a leading, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, on projects in central and southern England.
The majority of the work would be commercial and Residential, but you would also have the chance to work across other projects including education, conservation and mixed-use developments.
The role:
• Development of tender stage information and site phase co-ordination
• Tender package assembly
• Site quality control and handover
• Holding client/ project meetings when required
The candidate:
• A minimum of 6+ years post qualification
• Outstanding Knowledge of current building regulations
• Ability to create and assess working drawings, detailing and construction drawings
• Experience working in autoCAD
• Experience in client facing role beneficial
