LOCATION: Kings Lynn
JOB TITLE: Senior Negotiator & Valuer
SALARY & BENEFITS: Depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays
THE COMPANY: Our client aims to be a leading provider of agency, professional and agricultural consultancy services. This position is based in their offices in Kings Lynn.
THE ROLE: Our client is looking for a Senior Negotiator & Valuer which will carry out the below duties whilst delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities/duties of a Senior Negotiator & Valuer to include:-
• Sourcing potential clients
• Generating and conducting market appraisals
• Instructing property
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
THE CANDIDATE: Our client is looking for a driven individual to join the residential department based in King's Lynn. The applicant should have a traditional, yet proactive approach in Estate Agency and will join an already successful department while looking to build the business and gain market share by seeking new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
This is a flexible role and will include dealing with a wide range of properties from country homes to new build sites. The candidate should also have previous experience in Estate Agency with the ability to secure new business without supervision.
