Salary: Negotiable + Bonus

Hours: 08.30 – 17.30 Monday-Friday

Mr Resistor, a lighting specialist and Wholesaler established since 1968, has expanded its operation in Wandsworth, we are looking to recruit a Junior Accounts Assistant who must be of smart appearance, Computer Literate, neat Handwriting with attention to detail and Flexible to deal with Admin Duties.

Junior Accounts Assistant Duties:

Daily Sales Reconciliation Sales Ledger Posting Posting of Purchase Invoice Daily Filing Matching Proof of Delivery to Invoices Courier Reconciliation Reconciliation of PayPal/Worldpay/Amazon Customer copy invoice request Postage Able to meet Monthly deadline Bespoke Computer system
