Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum (OTE'S £75,000 per annum)

Our client is a hugely energetic and ambitious company, affiliated to a company that has experienced unparalleled growth over the last three years. It now requires an ambitious Commercial Sales Manager to drive forward the sales and client service function forward.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire office overseeing Sales, Recruitment, Retention and business growth ensuring the company meets and over exceeds targets to enable sustained growth with in line with the company growth plan over the next thirty six months.
The Ideal Candidate
The company isn't looking for a desk jockey. The successful candidate must have a hands on approach and would suit a candidate who has experience working in a driven sales environment, a top performer, a Business Development Director or similar who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
- Take responsibility for the delivery of revenue for the sales operation;
- Developing sales training to provide ongoing support and development of the sales team whilst periodically reviewing performance and capabilities to ensure targets are maximised
- To report on progress and development;
- To assist in the sales process, must have experience in closing high value contracts and dealing with senior management;
- Manage, motivate and deliver all KPI's within an agreeable time frame;
- Forecast and deliver revenue growth, presenting weekly sales data to senior management.
The Successful Candidate
- Proven track record in a Senior Sales or Sales Management position;
- Must be smart with entrepreneurial flair with exceptional problem solving skills;
- Be confident, ambitious with prior experience working in a fast paced sales environment;
- Be confident in dealing with all sides of management including but not limited to office management, recruitment and retention, sales delivery Positive, ambitious and motivational management technique;
- Comprehensive leadership ability and gravitas with a thorough understanding of performance metrics working within a fast paced b2b sales environment.
An excellent package offering of £36,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience (OTE'S £75,000 per annum)
