Lift Engineer - Service / Installation

Do you have Service and/or Installation experience within the Lifts industry and are looking for an exciting new challenge? Schindler are hiring for Lift Engineers to join our teams in Oxford and throughout The Midlands.

The Role

Due to business expansion, we now have opportunities to work on high rise, detailed specification and exceed client expectation and are seeking Lift Engineers to perform Lift Installations for our growing list of clients. We are also seeking dedicated Lift Engineers to carry out service and maintenance across the portfolio.

As a Lift Engineer, you can expect a range of duties, including:

• Working within safe practices at all times
• Service and call out duties of a dedicated portfolio
• Safety inspections
• Small repairs
• Front line client support and communication
• Call back reduction and first time fix

You Will Have

A minimum of NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in lift installation/service. Preferably, 2 or more years’ experience is required, although we would consider skilled allied tradespersons as Trainees. You will be enthusiastic, results driven and dedicated to providing the best possible service to our client portfolio.
