Electronic Manufacturing Process Engineer, Leicestershire, 35k-40k
I am working with an award-winning, exciting electronics design and manufacturing company that is based in North Leicestershire, assisting them in finding an Electronic Manufacturing Process Engineer to manage the production processes and resources to ensure on-time delivery of products and services to customers.
They are a small and friendly company that partner with high technology engineering companies to assist in taking innovative products to market.
You will have opportunities to move forward with the company and progress your own career too, being given any training and development opportunities you need. You will be given the freedom and flexibility in order to ensure you have everything you need to do your job effectively.
You will monitor and improve operational activities against mutually agreed targets with senior management, allocate and control workload to targets, ensure manufacture to customer specification and implementation of Industry Performance standards.
You will be responsible for recruitment and supervision of production operatives, assessing and reviewing performance of operatives, Innovation and implementation of new manufacturing methods and technologies, Quality control and KPI Reporting.
Key Skills
-Degree qualified Electronics/Manufacturing Engineer
-Managing SMT, PTH, Cable/Harness production
-An appreciation of testing electronic products and assemblies
-Lean Manufacturing knowledge and 5S knowledge desirable
-Process Improvement
-Knowledge of performance standards: IPC610/620, BS ISO9001:2008 and ISO13485
Salary/Benefits
35,000 - 40,000

Flexible working hours (37.5 per week)
Early Friday finish (14.00)
