JOB TITLE: General Manager
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP22,000 per annum
WORKING HOURS: 28 hours per week
THE COMPANY: Our client is a managing agent who works on behalf a luxury retirement development, comprising of 45 leasehold apartments situated in beautiful landscaped gardens close to the centre of Bourne. Facilities include a restaurant, a comfortable lounge, hobbies room and guest suite.
THE ROLE: The successful General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects relating to the luxury retirement development.
Key Responsibilities of a General Manager to include:-
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will ensure that the owners receive the highest levels of customer service. Applicants must be computer literate and be able to manage calmly in an ever changing environment. The candidate will be highly motivated and an enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to be responsible for the management of the retirement development on day to day basis.
Applicants must have managerial experience, preferably from the hospitality sector or a customer focused business and must live within a commutable distance of Bourne.
