Our client have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven hospitality professional looking to join an exciting business based in Barnstaple.
The position requires someone who is capable of working under pressure and juggling many responsibilities including providing fantastic customer service to all of our customers. This is will role will include managing the smooth day to day running of the front of house operations with a very hands on approach and the ability to manage staff across the business.
Duties & Responsibilities may include but are not limited too;
- Managing staff
- Reservations management
- Organisation of functions
- Identification of marketing or business opportunities, maximisation of sales
- Management of key performance indicators eg wastage, gross profit etc
- Organisation of rotas and training of staff
- Financial management including cashing up tills etc.
Essential Qualities needed for this position;
- An uncompromising attention to detail approach..
- A dedication to customer service.
- Front of house experience is essential for this role.
- Good financial understanding and a hands on approach to sorting out the issues including cashing up.
