Our Client a large German Truck Parts Supplier are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join their Parts Distribution centre Nr Birmingham.
You will have a minimum of two years experience in Automotive Sales. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. Good managerial skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
IT skills (MS Office, Knowledge in an ERP-System is an advantage).
Your tasks will be to:
Support the development of strategies to achieve companies sales goals and profitability for the assigned markets as well as sales budget responsibility.
Support analysis of the target markets in collaboration with the Sales Manager. Establish reports of the potential of a customer and suggest how to develop this potential.
Technical and commercial customer support as well as preparation, negotiation, finalization and follow up of offers. Establishment and update of records and analysis of market development and competitor information.
Planning, participation and follow up of exhibitions, both international exhibitions as well as customers` exhibitions in the markets.
Support the documentation of all processes, guidelines and structures of the team including the permanent update in close cooperation with the corporate headquarters in Germany
Starting Salary: GBP28500 + OTE
