We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor, ideally with a background in the motor trade.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, customer focused and be able to interpret customer concerns and needs and relate these to the technician team. You must have the commitment to provide a first class experience and service to customers. You will need to be confident, have a common sense approach with the motivation to achieve targets and work as part of a team.
