An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well spoken, articulate and ambitious individual to join this rapidly expanding company on the outskirts of Chichester. Due to the location of the company a car owner is preferred, but there are trnsport links from Chichester.
The role is varied and the company are looking for people who have
* Customer Service
* Insurance
* Sales
Responsibilities include:
* Answering inbound calls, providing telephone quotations for motor and household insurance and converting them into sales.
* Selling add-on products such as legal protection, home emergency and motor breakdown
* Making outbound calls (returning voicemails and making customer care calls, no cold calling)
* Production of policy documents
* Responding to incoming emails from customers
They are looking for someone who is confident and articulate, with an outstanding telephone manner. A good all round standard of education is desirable.
This is a full time, permanent contract based mainly on weekdays from 9-5.30pm and some weekends on a rota basis. Weekend hours will be 9am - 5.30pm.
Excellent staff benefits, training and opportunities for progression. There is ample parking and although own transportation is recommended, they are close to bus routes to and from town
