Remediation Lead - Root Cause SME - GBP500/GBP600p/d

The Role The ideal candidate will come from a strong remediation background in the retail banking space. Mortgages experience would be particularly useful. The candidate will be experienced in remediation design, process design and controls. Able to identify issues and implement process and change. Candidate must have SME level experience in root cause analysis - able to identify existing root cause and work to implement change. This will be a senior end position with expectations around client management, senior stakeholder engagement and team lead experience. Expert level Root cause experience absolutely essential.
