Warehouse Manager

Our client has identified a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join their busy and expanding team based in West Yorkshire. The role is critical to ensure the smooth running of the client's second 3PL warehouse and their employees on a daily basis whilst liaising with customers at all times.

Warehouse Manager key duties include
• Management of growing team of employees at the site, including agency workers.
• Organising the warehouse and keeping all storage areas safe, secure, clean and tidy.
• Maximising efficient use of space to optimise business profitability.
• Prioritising workload of all employees.
• Scheduling and monitoring customer requirements.
• Ensuring health & safety and quality procedures are followed at the site at all times.
• Using our WMS for company and customer reports.
• Managing and improving the high growth of our bespoke order fulfilment business.
• Establishing, maintaining and reporting of KPI’s with the Managing Director.
Skills and Experience
• Attention to detail, accuracy and entrepreneurial outlook.
• Excellent IT skills are essential.
• Licences for car, FLT and warehouse equipment.
• Proven customer service track record.
• Proven man management skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of day to day processes and improvements.
• Excellent references.
