We are looking for a junior accounts administrator to join one of our expanding clients based in Highbridge, Somerset. This is working for a manufacturing and distribution company who have recently relocated to bigger premises due to expansion.
They are looking for a junior accounts administrator to support their finance department.
The role will involve:
- Data input of invoices and purchase order details onto internal databases and spreadsheets
- Responding to invoice queries from clients
- Matching Invoices to Purchase Order numbers
- Any other admin duties as required
Successful candidates will need good communication skills, ideally some previous admin or customer service experience and a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook as well as a GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Rate of pay is GBP7.50 per hour
This is initially starting on a temporary contract which could become permanent for the right candidate.
