Car Sales Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on dynamic and retail-focused Sales Manager to join our Client's Automotive Main Dealer
Salary will be in the region of GBP40-60,000 OTE (depending on the location) + Company Car + Benefits
You need to be:
You should have a proven background in the Motor Industry, with experience of successfully managing and motivating a team of dynamic sales executives / business managers, monitoring their targets, and hitting / exceeding own targets.
Candidates will have experience in a Management role within a Franchised Dealership,
Applicants must be enthusiastic and possess the attitude and motivation to succeed in a fast paced environment with strong business acumen
Be results driven, passionate with a real drive to succeed in a busy and pressurised environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Managing a sales team consisting of a Business Managers and several Sales Executives selling new & used cars
Motivating and leading the sales team on a daily basis to ensure targets are met and exceeded
Working to a sales process to ensure regulations and processes are adhered to by all the team members
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and profit targets
Delivering and maintaining high customer focus levels and instilling the culture of customer service into the team
Assisting the General Manager as and when required
Full UK driving Licence with no more than 6 points essential
