Location: North West Region – based from home/ office Nantwich
Salary: £40,000 pa
Hours: 39 per week
Job Brief
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated business manager to grow and develop our Belong at Home domiciliary care service whilst also being providing leadership as the registered Manager. This is a newly created role following the continued growth and review of our Belong at Home / domiciliary care service.
The Belong at Home service delivers bespoke home care packages to customers within the community or within one of our village apartments. The service enables people to live independently within their own home and also to maintain Daily Living skills. The service offers a wide range of support inc. companionship, preparations of meals, getting ready for the day ahead etc. Social and recreational needs are also a large part of the service.
As the Registered Manager you will ensure a high quality person centred service that is compliant and upholds the core values of Belong. You will oversee day to day operations of the services whilst providing leadership to 3 area managers and a central coordination and recruitment team.
With a proven track record in business development you will use your commercial and business expertise to promote and grow the service whilst also seeking out new opportunities for development or diversification. As a strong networker with solid relationship management skills you will also need to successfully engage with stakeholders and commissioners.
The successful candidate will also possess a Level 5 in Care Leadership and Management or equivalent, previous management experience in a Health and Social Care setting preferably domiciliary care, have an excellent understanding of the needs of older people.
