Boat Share and Administration Manager
Middlewich, Cheshire (CW10 0JJ)
£20,000 - £25,000 pa + pension
Job Purpose
To manage the share boat business including:-
- Allocation of boat owners holidays
- All communication with boat owners
- Attending industry shows and AGMs
- To complete administration for the combined companies
Job Description
- To ensure the smooth running of the shared ownership syndicates and boats.
- General administration for the office and the boat building shed, including some Personnel and Health & Safety admin.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the management of the Company.
Qualifications and experience required
- Attention to detail a must
- Staff management
- Driving License
- Computer literacy
- Confident telephone manner
- Good customer service and reconciliation skills
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Canal and boat knowledge desirable
Monday to Friday with some Saturdays for shows and open days.
