Due to our success and growth plans we are now looking to recruit a number of Multi Skilled Tradesman (Carpentry and Joinery Bias) to join our teams in Stewartry and surrounding areas of Scotland.

The ideal Multi Skilled Tradesman (Carpenter / Joiner bias):

We are looking for a Joiner / Carpenter with additional skills to join our Repairs and Maintenance team who is reliable, trustworthy and who can deliver excellent quality work to help us with our "first time fix" approach to repairs whilst delivering a first class customer experience.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

As a minimum you should have an excellent working H&S knowledge and in date training certs in: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling. An in date CSCS card, PASMA / TETRA would be desirable but not essential.
