We are currently recruiting a variety of bank assessors for our diverse range of specialisms taught here at Eastleigh College.
A few areas available include:
Building and Construction
Science
Health and Social Care
VRQs
As an Assessor you will be a practitioner or professional in the related sector/area with a genuine enthusiasm for working with candidates in the workplace. It is therefore expected that you are highly motivated, work well in a team and interested in supporting students to reach their desired goal.
You must have work experience within your specific area, combined with the relevant vocational or professional qualification. Ideally you will already hold an A1 Assessors award or equivalent and have experience in assessing candidates within the relevant awards.
It would be beneficial but not essential for you to have a teaching qualification such as Level 3 Award in Education & Training (Formerly Preparation for the Lifelong Learning Sector - PTLLS). Further training and development will be available.
