A brand new, exciting opportunity has become available in the beautiful Hertfordshire area for a Senior Product Manager.
The Senior Product Manager will be working for a cutting edge retail company at an exciting time of technology based growth and development.
The Senior Product Manager will form part of the account management team and will also work closely with the Technical account manager. You will be assessing and resolving clients needs to resolution and have a strong technical knowledge of the Saas platform.
You will also need to have a high level of understanding of the technologies involved in product sales platforms and good knowledge of understanding websites.
Key skills required for the Senior Product Manager
- Good technical understanding of Saas platform
- Natural problem solver
- Experience working with technical product teams
- Ideally a background as a Strategic Partner Manager or Senior Product Manager.
- Excellent communicator with stake holders, account managers and clients.
- Background in retail
- Technically sound as you will be liasing with Developers.
The role of the Senior Product Manager
- You will be a key player in the management and set up of the sales process, creating and serving clients in a pre/post sales position.
- Senior account management
- Work in close partnership with Account Manager to provide a seamless service
- You will be managing the agenda, technical meetings, negotiating roadmaps, integrate timelines and managing requests.
