Natalie Wood is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join a leading laboratory diagnostic testing company in York on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute and make a difference to an exciting growing business.
Job Summary:
- Be responsible for the proactive account management of business and the proactive investigation and engagement with suitable new partners ensuring that individual and team KPIs can be met.
- Contributing to a proactive and driven work environment for the team.
- Work towards daily achievement of Revenue Targets and agreed KPI's.
- Support the team to create strategies for overcoming obstacles, customer objections or competitive situations.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing new business through the booking and arrangement of webinars
- Complaint handling and dealing with them in a professional manner.
- Good communication skills when liaising with a variety of different partners, both internal and external.
- Maintain a high level of customer service which exceeds consumer expectations.
- Review and continuous development of sales related training materials
- Contributing to the constant review of SOPs.
Qualifications/ Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales/ Account Management role
- Evidence of achieving results and working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in CMS Systems
- IT literate
- A genuine passion to offer first class customer service
- Effective telephone skills and a good command of the English language
- Experience in confident objection handling
- Experience of motivating, influencing and gaining commitment from customers
