Main purpose and scope of the post:
We are seeking to appoint an Assessor for Management L3 - L5 to recruit and assess learners to support our Apprenticeship programme. The role involves delivery of the Apprenticeship Framework/Standard. This is a field-based role, visiting learners at various employer sites.
The successful candidate will have significant recent experience gained within a Management position/setting and will be a qualified assessor. You must have a passion for high standards, combined with excellent communication skills and good time management, as effective planning of your workload is an essential part of your learner's success. You must possess an ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team.
