We are recruiting for a company committed to the growth of both the organisation and the Individual. Driven by this value of growth and to provide you with a career development opportunity, we are wanting to appoint a candidate to the position of Field Sales Engineer for two of the Business Units in the UK.

This will be home based and ideally suited to a sales engineer who has had a couple of years experience within the mechanical or electronics sector.

The Department:
One of the business units is responsible for the growth and development of key markets including: Enclosures, Enterprise Hardware, Industrial Equipment, Healthcare. It makes up over 60% of the Groups Global business, and also has responsibility for managing the Distribution network.
The other business unit is responsible for the growth of key markets including: Automotive, Truck, Off Highway, Bus, Aerospace, Railway, Marine and RV/Caravan, and makes up around 40% of the Groups Global business.
Many of the customers and markets we serve are complex, challenging and global in nature. One of the key value propositions is being able to manage the complexity of designing with the customer new products, whilst manufacturing and shipping globally.

The Role:
Although based from home, this is a Field based position located close to an existing customer base in the Home Counties, Northamptonshire or Gloucestershire, but with broader responsibility for hunting and developing assigned accounts across England and Wales. With full support, and reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will manage and drive growth in new and existing key market sectors.

Education
HNC / HND / degree in Engineering or Electronics and/or other technical discipline
