Administrator of Operations

Our client is a leading utilities installation and connections specialist and are recruiting for Planning / Operations Administrators to keep up with the growth of a rapidly expanding business. 

Offering a very competitive salary with uncapped monthly commission, great working hours as you finish on Fridays and holidays over the Christmas period – what more do you need?

The Role:

  • Liaising with Suppliers and Developers/Clients
  • Effectively planning and scheduling in works.
  • Achieve on time delivery by working and clearing task list daily.
  • Working alone and with other members of a team.
  • Arranging Site Visits and surveys
  • Project manage multiple utility companies and contractors for individual sites
  • Report to the team leader and the Operations Manager
  • Resolve all Customers / Contractors queries

Requirements:

  • Some experience working in the utility connections or Construction Industry
  • Previous project management / administration experience
  • Experience working with Field based Engineers
  • Good telephone manner essential.
  • Strong verbal and problem solving skills.
  • Be productive under pressure of a fast-paced business environment.
