We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Administration Planner based in Wood Green, London. Within the role, you will ensure resources are fully optimised whilst meeting KPI targets. The successful Gas Administration Planner will make certain all jobs are completed within agreed timescales. Monitoring and maintaining PDA control allocation, you will monitor daily work volumes whilst providing supporting information on Operative performance levels. Candidates for this position will decide upon action requires changing or reallocate recourses whilst indicating where applicable causes of problems and setting up appropriate actions. Liaising with the Line Manager/ Managers to resolve issues with regards to missed appointments or job related issues, you will monitor agreed corrective actions and job completion times and appointments kept.

Candidates for this position will have the ability to investigate, evaluate and respond to situations quickly whilst making effective decisions based on objective assessment of situations. The successful Gas Administration Planner will possess the ability to prioritise their work load and control multiple processes. A proficient user of IT, you will possess an understanding of the construction industry such as trades, materials, processes and safety. A proficient user of IT, you will have ability to load and maintain date for handheld hardware. With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will possess the ability to respond to changing priorities to meet deadlines.
