A rare exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee HR Administrator to join the busy Human Resources team at their Head Office in Carlisle.

As the Trainee Human Resource Administrator, your main duties will include, but are not limited to

  • Posting jobs to a variety of job boards using a multi board posting facility
  • Checking all new starter paperwork and requesting any outstanding documents/ information from department managers
  • Sending out reference requests to employers
  • Sending out interview confirmation emails
  • Keeping the HR filing systems up to date and in order
  • Liaising with candidates, department managers and employers via telephone

The ideal Human Resource Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High Attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality
  • A willingness to learn and follow instruction

In return you will receive full training and the prospect of completing an Apprenticeship in Human Resource Administration for the right candidate.
