You will operate the Department's feature phone and fax and process incoming and outgoing mail. You will generate Departmental orders using the CUF system and provide the first point of contact for visitors to the Department.

The hours of work are 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday

Applicants should be computer literate.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
