I am looking for a teaching assistant to work with primary aged children in an exciting role that has recently become available due to expansion of the provision being offered to learners.
This school has a dedicated Young Enterprise Company specialising in producing recycled wooden products at trade events in the local area.
This role will include both classroom and outside placements and will be supervised by the teachers and senior staff.

This role will require you to be able to:
Be flexible in your approach to teaching and learning
Have an awareness, understanding and commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion
To provide support for pupils, teachers, curriculum and the school
To present the school in a positive way in the community

We will require you to be able to support the pupils in:
Establish positive and supportive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs
Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education or Behaviour Plans
To support pupils with intimate care needs
Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and independence
