Business Development Manager, GBP40,000, REMOTE WORKING (travel to Edinburgh once a month)
The client:
My client are a solutions provider within the security video/ CCTV industry, implementing security solutions across all industries throughout the public and private sector.
Having already developed their key product and had much success with it over the last 20 years, their focus now it to further grow their business by developing new market environments. Working in a Business Development Manager position, you will develop relationships with potential partners and drive sales growth.
The person:
My client need an individual experienced in operating at a high level of business development, with demonstrable history of developing new partners relationships and exceeding sales targets. Ideally an individual who has previously working with security video/ CCTV solutions, you will be an ambassador for this brand.
This is a remote role, with travel all over the UK and potentially abroad, so candidates from any location will be considered. You will be expected to travel to an office in Edinburgh at least once a month.
The responsibilities:
- To identify and set up new channel partners and oversee the on boarding process
- To support ad provide expertise within the reseller network
- To work closely with sales teams within the channel partners to train and advise
- To work to sales targets
- To contact, follow up and support the established customer base
- To support prospecting and lead generation within your partners` reseller networks
- To conduct sales presentations and seminars (web based and in person)
- To support resellers training and sales activities
The experience required:
- Extensive sales experience
- Experience in the security video/CCTV industries
- Relevant existing network
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- CRM and pipeline management tools
