Working with an award winning property and construction advisory business we require the skills and experience of a capable business development manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track supporting organisational growth within the white collar professional services sector.

As a business development professional you will play an important role within the organisation supporting senior management with their plans for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective business development strategies working closely with relevant the leadership teams with their plans for organisational growth.
- Identify opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Deliver a full range of Business Development and Marketing initiatives to achieve key goals and objectives.
- Create and manage effective networking opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate emerging markets.
- Closely support the senior managers with the productions of Bids and Tenders.
- Support the marketing team with relevant initiatives.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Degree or professionally qualified possessing a relevant Business Studies, Marketing, Property or Construction Management based degree.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of delivering a business development strategy within a white collar professional environment.
- First class interpersonal skills having the ability to forge effective working relationships with key stake holders.
- Expertise of delivering technical sales.
- Exemplary presentation and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding key objectives.
- Target orientated, resilient and tenacious.
- Able to demonstrate a minimum of three years relevant experience.
