Project Manager - Retail - GBPExcellent + Package
The company
The retail projects division of one of the UK's premier main contractors is keen to strengthen its project management team. They are recognised as being one of the leading contractors within the retail sector and are working with many of the UK's leading supermarket, high street shop and bank chains.
The role
For this particular role you will be working on a major national retail framework. Projects will vary in value and will range from GBP50,000 - GBP500,000 and will be fast track.
Key Requirements:
• Your key responsibility will be to ensure that projects are built safely, economically and within the agreed timescales whilst delivering quality.
• You will be responsible for multiple sites on a national basis.
• You must be prepared to travel.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that both sub-contractors and resources are allocated effectively.
• This is a client facing role.
• Prior recent experience of working on retail projects is essential.
