Senior Healthcare Sales Professional
Our client based in North Nottinghamshire are currently looking to grow their senior management team to help with their exciting expansion plans. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is keen to learn.
Previous experience of selling into the healthcare industry is essential, this will be a role where a great deal of autonomy will be allowed so the successful candidate will be the holder of a great deal of entrepreneurial flair to find creative ways to drive the business forward.
Job Description:
• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in order to achieve growth in-line with company targets
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of the company and its market profile
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Identifying and contacting prospects
• Sourcing contract opportunities and obtaining relevant information for the sales team
• Responsible for developing sales calls for prospective customers
• Ascertain and qualify the quality of new leads and report via CRM
Experience/skills required:
• Previous healthcare sales experience advantageous
• Ability to assess and understand customer needs to fulfil their requirements
• Sales personality
• Long term career aims
• Money motivated
• Entrepreneurial flair
• Own transport due to location
