Scheduler of Rates
To work within a team auditing post inspections and undertaking Quality Assurance Inspections of responsive repairs and void works delivered by Repairs and Maintenance contractors.
Monitor Repairs and Maintenance services delivered by contractors, including undertaking quality assurance measures and inspections, surveying, specifying and authorising works.
Prepare specifications of works and approval reports for approval for one off projects
Work with Maximum Agreed Price and across 2nd Stage Complaints
Carry out appropriate consultation with planners, leaseholders and other stakeholders to ensure statutory compliance
Undertake inspections in relation to planned estate Inspections, where there is structural damage/movement, following fire or flooding and in legal disrepair cases
Authorise orders, undertake post inspection of completed works, instruct specialist consultants where appropriate, and provide assistance in arranging remedial works and procuring remedial works
Maintain and update relevant Quality Assurance systems/procedures/processes
