HR Manager with strong HR generalist skills and small team management experience required by fast paced, growing company based in Manchester. The HR Manager will provide leadership and direction to a growing team on Employee Relations, Recruitment, Retention, Learning and Organisational Development. The HR Manager will possess exceptional influential, organisational, and communication skills and have a demonstrated record of success in making an immediate impact as an HR Manager.
Essential Skills:
* Strong record of success in providing HR leadership in a fast paced environment (eg. FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, financial services etc..)
* Strong experience as an HR Generalist, ie. Recruitment, Retention Development, Employee Relations, Employment Legislation etc..
* Strong reporting skills, as well as implementing and improving service performance metrics
* Experience in delivering Health and Wellbeing Programmes
* Ability to lead, influence and negotiate at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* A good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
