Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor GBP17,500 p.a. + bonus + benefits Chippenham Opportunity for Customer Service Advisor in Chippenham based vehicle fleet management company GBP17,500 p.a. + bonus + benefits The Role The Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor will handle incoming call enquiries from a wide variety of fleet customers providing advice and excellent customer service to all with responsibilities including: taking calls from customers to organise service / maintenance / repairs to company vehiclestaking calls from customers who have broken down / had accidentsorganising recovery vehicles promptlybooking service / maintenance / repair schedules with suppliersorganise rental / courtesy vehicles and schedule other ancillary services as requiredThe Company Our Chippenham based client delivers fleet management solutions to companies around the UK and is the largest privately held vehicle fleet management company in the world. The Person The ideal Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor will be looking to build upon their existing experience in a customer service or contact centre / call centre environment.
