This leading digital inclusion charity is seeking a dynamic and values-driven Learning Designer and deliverer to help grow their learning presence. You'll be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering creative, innovative and inspirational learning content, building relationships and gathering requirements with stakeholders to improve their learning offer.
You'll also undertake other general duties for the Learning Team, including updating, writing new web content, monitoring and moderating user generated web content and analysing user trends and delivering face to face and webinar content you have designed.
With excellent written communication skills and an ability to think innovatively, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of producing inspirational learning content particularly e learning
- Experience of working closely with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Experience of delivering learning content face to face
- Desirable - experience of developing content for socially excluded adults
Ideally you will also:
- Have knowledge of Web Content Management
- Have knowledge of e-learning authoring tools eg Adapt, Articulate storyline
- Have knowledge of the pedagogy underpinning learning content
- Have knowledge of at least one of the strategic areas in which this charity operates (digital inclusion, learning, social inclusion)
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent
