Going through another busy period this insurer requires additional accounting support for a period of 6 months. This is a broad role and responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of quarterly reporting pack for various entities within the group
* Preparation of quarterly analysis for group reporting requirements
* Maintenance of fixed asset register for all entities including posting depreciation journals
* Assistance with annual statutory accounts
* Preparation of quarterly VAT return and assist with various regulatory and Lloyd's returns including QF1 and AF1
* Preparation of various monthly, quarterly and annual adjustments
* Bank reconciliations
* Ad hoc projects
This role requires someone with accounting experience gained in the insurance market, strong communication skills and excellent excel knowledge. Experience of SUN accounts is a preference.
