We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Employer Engagement/ Business Development Executive to join a reputable Training Provider in Peterborough.
Business Development/Employer Engagement Executive Overview:
This Training Provider has an excellent reputation for the delivery of Apprenticeship Programmes. They offer a wide range of Apprenticeship Programmes including:
`` Health and Social Care
`` Clinical Health
`` Business Administration
`` Customer Services
`` Team Leading and Management
`` Warehouse and Storage
`` Commercial Training
You would be responsible for contacting local businesses and selling a wide range of apprenticeship courses to support their company's training needs. You would be contacting both new and existing clients in specific sectors or locations. This would be through cold calling, networking, face to face visits and Employer Engagement.
This role is targeted and you would be responsible for generating appointments and attending the appointments. You would need to enjoy working in a sales driven environment.
In return you can expect a basic salary of up to GBP25,000 alongside a generous commission structure,. You would also receive a company vehicle after a satisfactory probation period.
Skills and Experience required for the Business Development/ Employer Engagement Officer:
- Previous experience working in a sales/recruitment environment.
- Knowledge or experience of selling apprenticeships is desirable.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving KPIs
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
Successful candidates have come from Recruitment and Work Based Learning backgrounds, who have experience of Employer Engagement. However, we will consider anybody with related experience working within a Targeted Face to Face environment.
