Due to growth, this marketing communications agency are searching for a Marketing Senior Account Manager to join an amazing team. This role would suit a Marketing Senior Account Manager, who is passionate about the industry and keen to continue to learn and develop into a Marketing Account Director and beyond.
The company.
This marketing communications agency are based in Marlow, they have a team of around 200 employees, so are perfect for experienced London candidates, looking to move out of the city, or local candidates wanting that step up. The client base is varied, from automotive, retail, charity and technology. This marketing agency are multi-disciplinary, working across events, marcomms, pr, social, completely integrated. The culture is fast paced, fun, with a desire to make people better, through training and development. They are also sociable and run regular events throughout the year.
The role.
As a Marketing Senior Account Manager, you will help to support the Marketing Account Directors to deliver a variety of integrated marketing campaigns. You will be involved in the client brief taking process, briefing designers / developers and other agency employees. As a Marketing Senior Account Manager, you will be heavily involved in client strategy and be an expert project manager, to make sure projects are scheduled and delivered on time and on budget every time.
The experience we need.
A thorough understanding of marketing, gained from marketing agency experience or alternatively a client side marketing role. It`s important to have a varied and broad range of marketing knowledge, across multiple channels. Aside from experience, your personality is so important, this agency like people to be engaging, fun, chatty, but not over confident.
What you`ll get in return.
The salary for this, will vary depending on your experience and could fall between GBP36,000 to GBP43,000. If your expectations a greater than this, then please apply for the Marketing Account Director opportunity.
