We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Finance Administration Assistant that has excellent data entry, organisational, customer service and time-management skills.
Working as the Finance Administration Assistant you will join the Company’s busy Sales Ledger Department processing daily receipts, data entry and allocation of receipts.
As the Finance Administration Assistant you are also required to assist the Credit Control Admin Team, when needed, answering incoming calls from customers.

DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Finance Administration Assistant:
- Processing cheques received
- Allocation of daily receipts
- Dealing with solicitor queries by phone, e-mail and post
- Ad hoc duties as required
- To set, monitor and maintain efficiency and quality targets for the team
- To efficiently manage the workload of the team against priorities each day
- To ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, achieving and maintaining the service levels for solicitors and their clients
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Motivated with an ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Be able to process high volumes of transactions within deadlines
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills with a polite but tenacious telephone manner and good systems knowledge
- Flexible and pro-active
- Outgoing and confident personality who can operate at all levels
- English and Maths to GCSE standard Grade C or equivalent
- Prioritisation skills
- Delivery focused, ability to deliver
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment to address business needs
- Computer literate
