Skills & Experience
We are looking for dedicated Assessors/Trainers who are passionate about supporting learners through their learner journey and hold the following
qualification and skills:
Assessment Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33) or Cert CII/Dip CII
Functional Skills Level 2 (Mathematics, English & ICT) or equivalent
Ability to demonstrate sector experience
Previous experience of working remotely
Relevant vocational qualification
Up to date continuous professional development
Experience of delivery to timely achievement of frameworks
Experience of successful employer engagement.
Knowledge of Apprenticeship programmes and sector requirements
The role
We strive to contact our learners within 7 days of sign up and you will be responsible for effectively liaising with each of your Learners to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their qualifications, progress and what will be covered at each visit.
We use e-portfolio so you can manage the learner journey remotely, which creates a robust tracking system and we will provide you with all the tools for you to do this successfully.
As part of your caseload management you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and record on an individual learner plan, review SMART targets on assessment plans, deliver induction sessions and carry out Health and Safety checks with new employers.
You will be expected to source a proportion of their own learners to shape a localised caseload, whilst also being supported by a motivated, energetic and engaging sales team.
The teams meet on a quarterly basis to share best practice, link with other inspiring team members and are structured to support you and provide you with the best opportunity to succeed
