In this role you are accountable for direct management of our retailer clients for all operational elements, including quality and delivery, for a number of named accounts. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment to ensure our clients??? expectations are exceeded. Working across multi-functional teams, you will learn about the wider business to ensure a holistic approach for effective retailer management. Key accountabilities for our roles include: • Manage retailer requests (internal & external) and provide solutions to ensure that Client requirements and commitments are met/exceeded; working directly with Clients, Client Service and Operations, on and off shore teams. • Drive request/query resolution by being the end to end owner & taking accountability • Provide direct support to clients / client service organisations in case a client raises a business critical data quality issue. Ensuring relevant actions are put in place and followed. • Introduce clients to new product category offerings and services as products are developed. Ensure the new product process is shared, implemented and followed through with clients directly. • Ensure an accurate and smooth transition of our new offerings to Retailers. • Build and maintain relationships with retailers across all levels of stakeholders. To succeed in this role you will ideally need:- • To demonstrate leadership and take ownership/accountability for you client. • To be part of and help develop an effective team working collaboratively to share learnings and best practices. • The ability to understand complexities but demonstrate them in simple terms to internal stakeholders and clients. • A passion for building strong client relationships. • A combination of sound operational knowledge and client focus. • To be an experienced decision maker who is able to drive projects forward. • To be data environment savvy, being able to interpret Retailer Data sets and requirements. *LI-GB
