Senior Sales Operations - Finance

My client will impress, an organisation with International presence and are ever diversifying their product to meet customer needs. We are seeking a Senior Operations Assistant who is sit within a Finance function bridging the communication between customers and sales. You will work primarily to manage customer invoice queries. In this role you will be tasked to communicate across a large team and diverse business, with travel to London on a regular basis. This is a unique position within Finance, working directly with sales and operational teams to meet shared KPI's.

Key tasks will include;

Manage customer invoice disputes

Report on revenue and risk

Process payments and clear invoices

Liaise with internal teams including group finance, sales and operations.

Manage customer data

Manage invoices and payments for related events
