We have a fantastic opportunity which was become open today to work in a rapidly growing team within a well-established Financial Services Company within the local Swindon area.
Reporting into the Centralised Services Manager, the primary purpose of the Mortgage Advisor is to present mortgage options with existing customers where an opportunity has been identified. Live referrals will be passed through from the Lead Generators and some outbound calls will be required to follow up and convert existing pipeline leads.
You will be provided leads and full administration support, working with the team on a 35 hour week consisting of 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm & 11am-7pm.
Key Accountabilities:
Working in partnership with the Lead Generators to convert viable leads and maximise transfer, and ultimately sales, opportunities.
To identify customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to the customer's individual situation.
To follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution, either sales or close.
To deliver an agreed number of monthly sales
To manage pipeline cases effectively and timely with agreed timescales
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of financial services and products including protection, mortgage and lift insurance
Proven background in sales and being able to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets
Benefits:
Basic salary of up to GBP25,000 pa depending on experience
Commission structure based upon monthly sales targets being achieved, OTE of up to GBP40,000 pa
