Bored of brand guild lines, large agency politics, dull briefs and churning out the same templated designs? My client is a small agency, but perfectly formed and now on the hunt to add a Creative Designer to their team. As a talented interactive / digital and conceptual designer, you will have a perfectly crafted portfolio of ideas and designs, that you are truly proud of. Your experience will likely be from an agency, as a designer, you could be from a digital, branding or print background.
The experience we need.
Ideally 3 + years` experience as a creative designer within an agency environment. Conceptual design skills and portfolio full of scamps and sketches to back this up. Friendly, ambitious personality and desire to make a difference within a small agency team.
The role.
You will work closely with the MD on creative strategy and design execution. The clients could be anything from a tech start up, top university, to nationally recognised brands. The work will vary from digital, interactive, video, print - the ability to tell a story through a design is key.
The company.
Based in Bristol, central located, they are a team of around 5. But don`t let the size put you off, the work is great, clever and will be truly rewarding for the right person.
