Quantity Surveyor / Estimator position for General Building Contractor in West Lothian.
Experience running contracts from start to completion is essential as duties include estimating, preparing schedules, submission of tenders, contract valuations and all commercial aspects of final accounts. Good communication skills and a professional manner are essential along with a full driving licence.
Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and the position is permanent.
The position is office based with travelling to site and client meetings.
Salary and benefits are negotiable depending on ability and previous experience.
