Our client are looking for entry level Recruitment Consultants to join their growing business.

Basic Salary: GBP18,000 starting salary plus uncapped commission

Competitive Commission Structure with the following OTE potential:

• 1st Year OTE: GBP30-40k
• 2nd Year OTE: GBP40-60k
• 3rd Year onwards OTE: GBP100,000 plus

Your job as a Trainee Recruitment consultant will include

• Resourcing and calling candidates.
• Lead generation and gathering market intelligence
• Writing and posting job adverts.
• Building relationships and calling clients
• Qualifying job specifications
• Placing candidates on client sites.
