Checkout Supervisor

They currently have an opening for a Checkout Supervisor at their depot in Sheffield.

You will be working as part of a team where you will take ownership to ensure the process of your transactions meets and exceeds customer expectations whilst providing great customer service in everything you do.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to

- Supervising the checkout area and team members
- Answering customer queries
- Handling customer complaints
- Keeping checkout area tidy
- General housekeeping
- Keeping checkout area tidy

To be a checkout supervisor, you should be:

- Great with customers and aware of their needs
- Confident and approachable
- Polite and friendly
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Able to help run an effective team
- Able to delegate duties effectively

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. Their working week is Sunday to Saturday, working 5 days out of 7, including late nights and weekends. The hourly rate for this position is dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
