Violet Recruitment are currently working with a design & build company with an M&E Services background, working as a specialist contractor for clients with strategically important facilities where quality and reliability are paramount.
Their design & build service comes from a single and fully accountable supply source which uses a totally transparent, inclusive and personalised approach. All this is delivered by a team of highly qualified globally experienced and committed personnel.
Due to a sustained period of growth, they now require Service Manager to compliment their existing team and drive business growth for the future.
Job description
* The right individual will currently be involved in the management and development of an existing facilities management company, with a particular emphasis on hard fm.
* You need to be highly motivated to succeed, with the ability to collaborate with others to get results and meet business targets.
* You will have strong customer focus qualities, demonstrating innovation in developing and maintaining existing customers. The successful candidate will also have the ability to open, maintain and develop new accounts.
* This important business development quality will be allied to an equally strong technical background, with responsibility for managing technical risks and maintaining the high health and safety standards of the business.
* In addition, the successful candidate will be very sound commercially, with responsibility for the local business accounts.
If the above sounds like you, we want to hear from you. A salary of GBP45,000 + Car, Pension etc are provided along with a 10% share on all profits generated. Our client is looking for someone who wants to build a career and the right person will be joining a team who have been within the business for 14+ years!
