An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join our client, a market leader in the washroom refurbishment sector. 

This is the ideal role for an ambitious individual with great leadership and estimating skills who is looking to progress and advance their career. For the right candidate, it is envisaged that you will move into an office management position, overseeing a number of staff and projects, within a short period.
 
You’ll be working alongside customers ensuring that they received exceptional solutions that both meet their needs and surpass their expectations.

Reporting to the Sales Director, as an Estimator, you will be responsible for taking care of all aspects of sales and estimating. You will prepare quotations for potential customers and end users and accept enquiries from all sources in line with our client’s procedures. 

In addition, you will liaise with all relevant personnel connected with markets served by our client’s products and other internal estimators and company personnel as appropriate. 

Your other duties will include: 

- Arranging for quotations to be produced, based on architect drawings, bill of quantities and specifications
- Sharing information on an on-going basis with other estimators, sales staff and managers 
- Carrying out specific duties and tasks as detailed by management and as necessitated by overall business objectives 
- Ongoing customer relation development and commercial awareness

To be considered for this role, you must have previous estimating experience. A collaborative approach and strong work ethic are also key. 

As an Estimator, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also demonstrate effective interpersonal abilities and be adept at interacting with customers and staff. 

Previous management experience would be beneficial to your application.
